相信大家在抗疫期間,坐喺屋企都很悶,但又想做一些簡單的運動。或因為某些原因,大家不能去健身室做運動。 所以今天,特別為大家示範三個簡單的動作,可以在家中運動一下:
I believe that everyone staying at home is so boring during this period. Today, I am going to demonstrate THREE simple BODYWEIGHT workouts for you to exercise at home:
動作一
Split Squat 箭步 3-4 sets x 10 reps each
動作 二
Push-ups 掌上壓 3-4 sets x 20 reps Any kind of style!!!
動作三
1 1/4 Squat 深蹲 3-4 sets x 15-20 reps
If you can, please hold a dumbbell to do it!

Pistol Squat (aka Single Leg Squat) 3-4 sets x 10 reps each
