Prepare yourself for the next training session
Coaching notes on 29.8.2019 Have you read the program and prepared your mental for tomorrow training? If not, please do it from now. 1. Coach told me to contract my lats more when I was doing seated row or lat pull down last time. Tomorrow I have to perform it better. 2. Last week I missed the last rep of 5 x 5 squat. I have to prepare myself today and sleep earlier to revenge tomorrow. Visualize the movement of squat. 3. I watch all the videos today and read the details of the movement. I ensure I'm ready for tomorrow session. I don't want to waste the session tomorrow. 4. I visualize deadlift program 6 sets x 3 reps. I make sure I perform better than the last session.
