#AskKenneth | 網上訓練 | Jason 身型改造之旅程

我認識Kenneth半年之前,其實已經有開始去做gym,一直想減下磅,想身型靚d,諗住只要做d運動,要修身應該唔太難。不過做左幾個月,沒有甚麼效果。

有一次,同另外一個健身朋友傾開,佢講健身個個心裏都想大隻d有腹肌,但就口講健康d減下肥,俾藉口自己懶,又令自己感覺良好,其實有冇認真做gym人地一眼睇得出,如果黎hea就是係自欺欺人。我諗下覺得又係,所以開始認真,第一步係令自己會冇藉口唔去gym,所以我定左每天上班前先去gym,但係訓練的方法都係沒有系統,效果也一般。

在公司我同同事傾開,佢話佢以前有跟Kenneth訓練,認為Kenneth十分有熱誠而方法有效,但剛搬去加拿大,現在只能online training。我當時覺得online training 十分新鮮,不太清楚實際是如何,但是我十分喜歡彈性的訓練時間,我可以早上無人時訓練,不用被教練的時間表所限,我認為對我來說可以更加sustainable。

Kenneth十分之有熱誠,經常給學員分享心得,也會研究健身和營養的科學,將所有他所認識和學到的分享給學員,呢份熱誠推動了我,令我想更加努力以Kenneth為目標訓練。

一開始Kenneth已經跟我訂下實際目標和短期目標,有了目標我開始經常留意自己有沒有進步,訓練上來更加有推動力。我跟著Kenneth為我訂下的訓練來做,一開始很多動作也做不好,Kenneth要我重覆又重覆地做,做好了又不停鞭策我加重量,慢慢地感覺到身體有所改變。

飲食方面我以前也比較不認真,我也跟著Kenneth訂下的卡路里和營養目標來進食,每天也記錄著進食過的食物。經過一段時間,我不但覺得身型修得好看了,精神和面色也變好了,上班也更加energetic。

對我來說現在是剛剛開始,體脂下降了,身型修好了一些,下一步是muscles gain,繼續以Kenneth為目標訓練。
