Training on 27.2.2017 (Mon) - 1st session Hang Clean x 1 rep + Clean x 1 rep x 10 sets x 225lb followed by #FrankensteinSquat from pins inspired by #ChristianThibaudeau #Thibarmy 135lb x 3 185lb x 3 225lb x 3 275lb x 3 Damn! I was choked! What the hell is that exercise? The reason why I did that is to improve my clean/ Front Squat position. To make sure I am using my delts to lift the weight. But it is a really painful exercise.
