2. Hanging L-sit 3 sets x 15reps, pointing your toes, and keep your legs straight
3. Hanging Leg Tuck 3 sets x 15reps, keep your legs as close as your body
*Hanging Leg raises requires a lot of grip strength. **No body swing
***Control lowering your legs
****Stretch your hamstrings first before performing these exercises
